Dawn is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the Customer Service industry. Having worked as a Flight Attendant and in various administrative roles across fields such as law, architecture, construction, accounting, and insurance, she has developed a versatile skill set and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.

A long-time resident of the Kansas City area, Dawn now lives in Olathe, KS with her daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, particularly during the summer months when they gather at her sister's house to swim and cookout together. Her love for family and community reflects in both her personal and professional life.
