Matt is a dedicated husband, father of three, and passionate advocate for personal and professional growth. Married for over 11.5 years, he shares his life with his wife Lexi, three children (Audrey, Elijah, and Reagan), and two beloved dogs. As an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan, he finds joy in connecting with others over shared passions and creating lasting memories with those he loves.
